SOFTENER UNITS

Softener units are used to remove hardness from water. They exchange sodium ions for calcium,magnesium ions in feed water. Once all the free sites are exhausted the resin bed is back washed toremove any suspended solids. Then the bed is regenerated with Brine solution.

We supply pre engineered Softener units to our clients for all range of flow rates. We also offer twostream, split stream Softener units for special applications. We provide Softener units in manual, semiautomatic and automatic configurations. We provide Softeners in FRP, MSEP , MSRL vessels withnecessary valves and instrumentation units.
